Bonne Maison—literally “Happy House”—is a brand devoted to craftsmanship, creating beautifully designed socks from its home in the French countryside. Founded in 2012 by Béatrice de Crécy and Jean-Gabriel Huez, the label treats each pair as a small work of art. Drawing inspiration from artists as varied as David Hockney and Hieronymus Bosch, Bonne Maison releases three collections each season, each defined by its own distinct colour palette. Béatrice describes their designs as “a tiny space to tell little stories.” Finely knitted in France and Portugal using 100% Egyptian cotton, these socks balance poetic design with everyday practicality.
