Experience a stunningly smooth and fragrant 70% dark craft chocolate bar, generously infused with organic Puglian lemon olive oil.  The oil is made at a family mill where they stone-grind whole fresh organic lemoms along with the olives at harvest time, resulting in a perfumed, grass-green elixir that elevates our 70% Viruncan craft dark chocolate to another level of deliciousness.

The fruity, smoky flavours of this chocolate are beautifully lifted by a salty-sweet kick of Blackthorn Sea Salt,  hand-harvested via a unique salt tower on the wild west coast of Scotland.

This exceptional organic dark-milk chocolate is made with rare Amelonado cocoa beans grown by a pioneering women’s cooperative in Eastern Congo. These extraordinary women farmers, survivors of a war-torn and expoilted country, are actively regenerating their forests, planting and nurturing thousands of native trees, healing their environment, and re-building their communities.

We have blended silky 42% Esmeraldas milk chocolate with crisp, buttery, aromatic cinnamon buns which are freshly baked by Wild Hearth, an artisan bakery in Perthshire.
