 Kuawa x Guava

Tart, sweet, and creamy capture flavors of the island. Guava, often described as a cross between tart strawberry and sweet pear, shines bright throughout.Brought to the islands in the 1800s, guava has a complicated history in Hawaii. The fruit absolutely thrives on its banks, but sometimes too well. As odd as it sounds, one of the best ways to control guava population is to eat as much of it as possible. Once Manoa figured out how to easily incorporate this sweet/tart flavor into their chocolate, this bar quickly became a regular staple of the Flavors of Hawaii series.

Liliko’i x Passion Fruit Dark Milk

Ubiquitous across Hawaiian cuisine, passion fruit is a natural match for the Flavors of Hawaii series. Sharp, tangy flavors dominate this creamy and decadent dark milk bar.

Passion fruit first arrived in Hawaii from Australia in 1880 and was planted in the East Maui district of Liliko???i. The name stuck and this bar is an homage to the widely celebrated and unique fruit. Traditionally used to make sauce, candy, ice cream, tea, cocktails, shaved ice, and so much more, Manoa couldn’t resist pairing it as an inclusion in this special bar.

Manako x Mango

Both succulent and aromatic, the mango is as complex as it is delicious. With over 500 varieties growing across the Islands of Hawaii, this tribute is sure to leave you in sweet contemplation.

Historical accounts suggest Mangoes first arrived in the Hawaiian Islands before 1825. Mango season is a highlight of summer in Hawai???i and brings a pleasant sweetness to the heat. It is widely consumed fresh or preserved through pickling, chutney, and sauces.
