While our signature product, the Precision Colour Pencils, are available in bold colours, the tones of Water Colour are more muted. The product adds a wash of colour for a barely-there finish that lets your skin shine through.
Use doefoot applicator to tap colour on desired area—lips or cheeks. Blend with finger tips or a brush, or layer for intensity.
PRO TIP: Line lips with a Precision Colour Pencil before applying Water Colour Tint to prolong wear.
