A rustic Spanish folder with a yatagan style blade. The blades on these are thin and easy to keep sharp, and can handle a variety of cutting tasks. The slip-joint keeps the blade firmly in place when in use, and has a half-stop, making it easy to open and close. We especially love this model as a folding picnic and cheese plate knife, or as a steak knife!
Bulk Packed. Made in Spain. We Sharpen all Pallares knives before they leave the shop.
Extra care is required with carbon steel. No soaking or dishwashers.
Dry well in between uses to avoid rust. Blade will develop a patina (discoloration) with normal use.
